My last profession before I became a Realtor was as a surgical assistant. I have worked in hospitals from Portland to San Diego including Stanford University Hospital. I worked at trauma centers, outpatient centers and many plastic surgeon's offices. I have truly seen it all, and then some. But that career enabled me to think clearly and keep it together under stress. To still cogitate under fire. There can sometimes be stress  in real estate transactions, but there's a lot less blood than being in the operating room.
